How to get the most out of it

  1. Go over it once a day. Work through it topic by topic. A little every day keeps everything fresh right up to your checkride.
  2. Write it down. Putting key concepts in your own words locks them in far better than rereading.
  3. Say it out loud. Explain each topic as if your DPE asked about it. If you can teach it, you are ready for it.

Hit a concept you can’t explain?

Go deeper on it in the Private Pilot Checkride Textbook or the FAA handbooks. The textbook teaches every concept that applies to the checkride, in the same language I use in my videos, and its sections line up with this study guide.
